Materials include ABS, plastics, wood, aluminum, resins, urethanes, silicones, styrene, PETG, acrylic, MDF, foam & polyurethane.

Capabilities include rapid prototyping, stereo lithography, 650 dpi 3-D printing for 0.0035 in. layers, CNC machining, 5-axis & 3-axis machining, Cold casting, pressure casting & RIM injection casting .

Prototyping and Testing

We perform testing in accordance with the standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

Valves and pumps

We perform flow coefficient testing, flow resistance, torque measurement, dynamic response Test, and hydro test on valves. In addition, we test the performance of all kinds of pump in terms of H-Q, cavitation and noise as per national / international / customer specifications.

Noise
  • Type approval of Diesel Generator Sets.
  • Noise evaluation of Control Valves, generator sets, pumps etc.
  • Vibration tests for Electronic PCBs and Industrial equipments.
  • Tensile, Compression, Shear, Bend and Hardness tests on Ferrous & non ferrous metal, Rubber, Plastics, etc.
  • Measurement of Surface Roughness Parameters Ra, Rmax, Rt, Rp(upto30 parameters), Measurement of Metallic Coating Thickness/Plating Thickness/Painting Thickness, Measurement of Micro Hardness/Case Hardness/Plating Hardness, etc.
  • Load vs. deflection characteristics and Endurance test on Compression & Extension Springs.
Manufacturing Engineering

Image Simgrosys manufacturing facility help its customers with advanced, efficient and cost-production methodologies.Integrated facility involved in precision machining of casting, forging, including billets and sub-assemblies with a capacity of over 25,000 hours per year and state-of-the-art machinery. This facility implements high quality processes and standard procedures as required by the clients.

Simgrosys has the capability to machine a wide range of complex shaped parts, using a wide variety of metals including carbon and alloy steels, titanium and aluminum. We have an established supplier base for heat treatment, coatings and non-destructive testing (NDT), and specialize in oil and gas products.
